Description
- Carbon electrodes
- For repairing defective weld seams, edge preparation and surface treatment
- Functionality: Ignition of an arc between the electrode and the workpiece by means of the copper-coated carbon electrode. The weld pool is blown out by compressed air
- Suitable for gouging hard-to-reach areas
- Overlaying of gouged areas possible without reworking
- Minimisation of workpiece distortion due to very low heating during carbon gouging
