Germany
Goods to the value of 59.50 € and above are shipped free of charge!
For orders up to 59.50 €, shipping costs are 6.50 € incl. VAT.
Express shipments are charged at a flat rate of 40.00 € per order.

Austria
Goods to the value of 60.00 € and above are shipped free of charge!
For orders up to 60.00 €, shipping costs are 6.80 € incl. VAT.
Express shipments are charged at a flat rate of 40.00 € per order.

Shipment area
We deliver within Germany and Austria.
We deliver by parcel service or shipping company.

Delivery times
Orders received by 2.00 p.m. will be processed on the same day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product. You will receive a dispatch e-mail when your order is dispatched.
If the goods have not arrived one week after the delivery date of the order confirmation e-mail, please inform our customer service department by writing to sales@ewm-sales.com.
