Description

The panoramaxx 2.5 combines the enormous field of view with the popular 2.5 technology from optrel, ensuring an excellent view in every work situation.
Fresh-air system: Prepared connection for a fresh-air system – integrated particle filter of the highest class (TH3) – 99.8% of harmful particles are filtered out of the air. Reliable protection against smoke, aerosols and dust
Fully automatic all-round welding helmet for a wide range of tasks, equipped for fresh-air system
Display with nose cut-out – more than 6 times the magnification of the field of view of the conventional anti-glare display without increasing the weight and design of the welding helmet
Huge field of vision with outstanding eye protection
Perfect viewing angle dependency in accordance with the EN 379 standard
Infinitely adjustable, with “Super High” sensitivity and tacking mode
Suitable for overhead and positional welding
optrel specials:
IsoFit® headband: sets a new standard in wearing comfort. The only product of its kind in the world, the headband can be adjusted in width, length and height (three-dimensional) to any head shape for the perfect fit.
True colour view: the welding helmet is characterised by realistic colour perception that is tailored to the respective task area
FadeTronic: Infinitely adjustable opening of the anti-glare display after welding. This masks the unpleasant after-glow to significantly reduce eye fatigue.
ShadeTronic®: The adaptive protection level regulation automatically sets the appropriate protection level in the range 5–12. This is ensured by an additional brightness sensor that measures the intensity of the welding arc with an individual calibration option of ± 2. Autopilot inactive corresponds to protection level 2.5.
5-point detection: 5 sensors guarantee perfect switching on/off of the shade level, even in tricky lighting conditions and during positional welding
Grinding mode: Easy switching between grinding mode and welding work using the robust, well-protected pressure switch on the exterior.
re-charge: State-of-the-art solar technology means a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery can be charged using the welding light or ambient light. The battery can also be charged directly with any USB charging device via a micro-USB interface.
